Beautiful property and nicely appointed. It was clean, airy, and essentials were provided. It is located on a private and very quiet street. The waterfront pool area/patio is welcoming and luxurious. Publix (grocery store) and the beach (Delray Beach) are conveniently located close by. It is the perfect getaway! Robert was extremely attentive. I asked if a BBQ grill was available before we checked in and Robert advised that there was none, but that he would have one available for our stay. Guess what? There was a brand new gas grill in the pool area when we arrived! We will definitely return!

The apartment that we rented was very nice and the location was great for us. We usually drive to this area and the place is on a very nice street and was clean when we arrived. About 7 min drive to the boynton beach. If you are traveling with someone who doesn't do stairs be sure to request the downstairs unit. The pool and the outdoor space were very nice! Thank you.

Wow! Everything was high end. Captain Bob was very accommodating, while giving us our privacy at the same time. Really enjoyed meeting him, and staying at his place. Better than expected. A++++

The apartment was small but very cozy. Everything was clean and the best part was the backyard. We grilled a couple times and Robert was always there to assist with getting the grill started. Pool and backyard was always maintained clean. Robert was always quick to respond and assist with any questions I had. Wish I could've stayed a little longer. The entire stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect spot near to my parents, but far enough away to have our own space. Loved the pool, patio, proximity to where we needed to go, and of course Captn. Bob's friendly hosting!

Bob and his girlfriend were easy to communicate with, very friendly and welcoming! My girlfriends and I stayed in his apartment for the weekend. We had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were awesome and the whole property is a great set up for hanging out with friends. We hope to stay here again soon.

Captain Bob, it was great staying at your place. Thanks for your hospitality, we really enjoyed it.

Very nice and cozy place in Boynton Beach. The place is on a 2nd floor and is very separate from the rest of the house. Captain Bob is very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived, the Internet in the bedroom was a bit weak and I needed to do some work, so the Captain got the booster right away and it worked amazingly well. I also strongly recommend spending some time in the swimming pool and jacuzzi - both are very nice. And of course the beach. It's about 5 min drive and is very nice too. Enjoy your stay at this place!

Beautiful Waterfront Apartment & Gardens - Upper

This is a great choice for a getaway to South Fla. Captain Bob is an excellent host And even invited us to craft pizza with him for dinner one night in his pizza oven. We entertained a family member in the palapa and had our girls stay in the apt with us. This guy has great toys- boat pool hot tub, and is close To the beaches and nightlife Del Ray. We had a great time!

What a fun time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! U r a humorous and hospitable Host. Thank you for a delightful time With our family.
